Supremacy is an innate feeling of superiority that is self-assertive. White is the race of who’s doing the supremacy. White supremacy is the notion that white people—either through religious means, historical baggage, or otherwise motivated by nationalistic sentiment — are better than other races/ethnicities because either they are better, everyone else is worse than them, or both. (which happens to be the crust of what folks like Sam Harris, Andrew Sullivan and Steven Pinker believe) And that manifests not only in individual racist behavior, but also in the systemic conditions that privilege white people before others in Western society.
